
Sales Process Support Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Virtual Operations Coordinator to support sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data management. Responsibilities include maintaining records, CRM data hygiene, administrative tasks, and occasional outbound calling.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate CRM records with client information, call notes, and status updates.
- Clean and verify lead/contact lists for data integrity.
- Prepare financial documents and coordinate billing-related queries.
- Support the Sales Manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, templates, and call documentation.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Administrator, or in a support role.
- Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify errors/inconsistencies in data.
- Basic knowledge of financial documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
- Familiarity with sales environments or BPO/remote sales support.
- Experience in data hygiene, lead management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and financial software.
