Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Order Management Specialist. This position involves handling order processing activities, including software and hardware fulfillment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team on quote building and processing orders in a timely manner.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process with a focus on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment using Zuora, including activation and billing.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for all order management and fulfillment-related tasks.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to ensure order fulfillment processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal groups to identify and execute on efficiency gains.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for order fulfillment policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team and partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player with effective communication skills at all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
  • A high degree of self-awareness and professional maturity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable and keep initiatives on track.
  • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce is a plus.
