Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist.

This role will provide post-sales support for our enterprise clients, enabling them to adopt and utilize Atlassian products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide billing, quoting, and licensing support to internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive background in customer and sales support through various channels.
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy and active listening.
  • Experience creating quotes and supporting end-to-end order management processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to convey complex issues in clear terms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products, particularly Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry and process improvement initiatives.
