Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Leader to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and social media strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute effective social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and ROI maximization.
  3. Content Creation: Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
  4. Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.
HubSpot Management
  1. HubSpot Oversight: Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
  2. Website Management: Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
  3. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
  4. Crm Optimisation: Optimize CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
  6. Email Marketing: Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Google AdWords (Paid Search)
  1. Adwords Management: Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  2. Keyword Research: Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  3. Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Budget Management: Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  5. Targeting: Monitor and adjust targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behavior.
