The successful candidate will work on high-impact problem spaces, developing tailored dashboards and cohort trackers that reveal commercial and operational levers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal clients and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that support executive decision-making.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work.
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling.
