Job Opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive and data-driven features that empower our users to understand and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and upholds the highest standards for data privacy and security.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure the success of our customers.
  • Champion high-quality software engineering practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services that enhance our platform's capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus).
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes for building distributed systems, Android applications, and/or e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-driven to tackle challenges head-on and achieve goals.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes.
  • Excel at working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced groups.
