  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange logistics services at their site, ensuring seamless execution of export operations.
  • Collaborate with other logistics operations teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of export operations.
  • Organize and coordinate the clearing of cargo or shipments at ports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer relations, shipping, transport, and logistics, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
