The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To enter and record cargos or shipments into the logistics system, guaranteeing existing information for further processing.
  • To calculate, account, and provide information about shipment statistics, including weight, destination, quantity, type, and charge.
  • To communicate, coordinate, follow up, and report on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
  • To provide presentable communications with clients and customers, offering them the desired level of service in answering their queries.
  • To perform filing and documentation tasks as prescribed, and provide vital assistance in keeping records and following up on under-processing shipments.
  • To carry out reception activities and consult customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue.
  • To coordinate with clients to arrange for the provision of logistics services at the client's site.
  • To collaborate and assess in serving other logistics operations as desired and requested by higher-level management.
  • To organize and coordinate formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the ports.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer relations, shipping, transport, and logistics, or any similar field.
  • Familiarity with working with computers, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
  • Ability to communicate in English language.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year.
