Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management, with the ability to oversee multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.

The role involves performing routine accounting procedures, preparing financial statements, and communicating with clients on key matters.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and perform reconciliations as needed for optimal financial visibility.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with supporting documentation to ensure transparency.
  • Conduct year-end closing tasks, including annual filings and miscellaneous submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate open items or anomalies to management and follow up for resolution to maintain smooth operations.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for clients and management upon request to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly valued.
  • 5 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero are essential.
  • Experience working in a multi-client environment is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
