Job Description

At Cyberbacker Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Backer to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting leads and prospects to schedule appointments with clients
  • Following up with leads and nurturing them until appointments are set
  • Responding to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects in a timely and professional manner
  • Using scripts to deliver value propositions and handle objections
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant information after each interaction
  • Coordinating and managing the calendar of appointments
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts
  • Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities
  • Good command of the English language
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above
  • Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent
  • Windows or Mac operating system
  • At least 8GB of RAM and 60 GB of free hard disk space
