We're looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Advertising Specialist (or Performance Marketing Manager) to take ownership of our paid media campaigns across TikTok, Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital trends, and knows how to turn insights into impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies across key platforms.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, copy, and placements to maximize engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting and ad effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and UX teams to align messaging and optimize landing pages.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithms, and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging ad content.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM tools and customer data strategies.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and basic UX principles.
