Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new accounts accurately and modify existing employee accounts as required.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to all support inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of issues or requests, ensuring timely updates and feedback on account administration.
  • Document all interactions in the ticketing system, following established procedures and priorities.
  • Evaluate complex issues and refer them to relevant IT support teams or coordinate external technical assistance when necessary.
  • Manage the ticket queue effectively to ensure prompt resolution of account-related requests and issues.
  • Act as a technical resource for account administration, providing guidance and support as needed.
