
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our global team.
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, and meeting team key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues through active listening and empathetic communication
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and best practices in customer support
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Reliable laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
