Job Title

A remote Customer Support Specialist role is available for a legal technology company. The ideal candidate will respond to inbound tickets and live chat inquiries from law firm clients during off-hours.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk tickets and live chat
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, including document upload errors and account access
  • Reference the internal guidebook for accurate support delivery
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate internally
  • Develop SOPs for CSR workflows, ticket handling, escalation paths, and resolution standards
  • Flag potential customer-impacting issues in QA/bug testing

The successful candidate will also shadow live support interactions, study the internal guidebook, communicate with high-end legal clients, and track relevant KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

This role requires independent work with little supervision during early morning hours, providing precise responses to client inquiries while maintaining a calm demeanor.
