We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
You will work closely with internal teams to handle customer consultations, troubleshoot product or service-related issues, and perform problem tracking and resolution. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with external teams to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Provide customer support through email, phone, SMS, and chat platforms.
- Handle customer consultations, technical troubleshooting, escalations, and complex investigations.
- Troubleshoot product or service-related issues by investigating root causes and collaborating with internal teams.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or related industry.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- An ability to understand and communicate complex topics to customers.
