Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
  • You should have strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.
