We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support for customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of technical support experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
- You should have strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.
