Job Role: Email Marketing Specialist

This role is focused on developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive client retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns that engage customers and promote sales.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance to ensure timely launches and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects that meet brand standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate with clients through regular calls and presentations to align strategies with business goals.
  • Lead a small team of direct reports, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing teams, particularly remote teams.
