Compensation Planning Professional

The ideal candidate will lead the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Oversee end-to-end company-wide compensation process to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, review and maintain data required for commission calculations.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission inquiries, adjustments, and corrections in a timely manner.
  • Maintain sales compensation plan document templates and ensure accurate distribution and timing.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Document business processes for monthly/quarterly close, commission accounting tasks, and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, comprehensive reports, and advanced analyses.

Requirements

  • Finance or accounting degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or Finance-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Optional - Currently enrolled in CPA program.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts (US hours) and during PH holidays.
