Corporate Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a key leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, as well as implementing Related Party Transaction (RPT) policies across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports.
  • Monitor and implement RPT policies across the company.
  • Validate financial data uploaded in the Financial Consolidation System.
  • Draft and submit quarterly and annual reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee audit requirements and ensure timely finalization of audited financial statements.
  • Reconcile RPT between legal entities for tax purposes.
  • Support the Corporate Controller in reviewing legal entity accounts and recommending internal controls.
  • Train new hires and support projects related to report creation in the system.
  • Manage configuration changes and user access.

  • Proven track record of success in financial management and leadership roles.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and systems.
