
Expert Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to manage high volumes of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex customer relationships and interactions across multiple channels
- Utilize advanced productivity tools to verify contact information and enhance communication efficiency
- Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to address customer objections effectively
- Document and track customer feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails
- Capture customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment - 'Voice of the Customer'
- Address customer concerns through timely and effective communication
- Collaborate with teams and management to promote positive customer experiences and drive business growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service and support
- Proven success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling and communication
- Ability to learn new technology and data systems
- Process orientation and ability to follow established call scripts
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and productivity software
- Experience working with CRM systems and databases
- Flexibility to work from home or remote locations
