Customer Success Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Foster adoption of our product technology stack to maximize ROI.
  • Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates in Salesforce.
  • E nsure customer satisfaction by facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews, executing on mutual success plans, addressing technical demands, and engaging appropriate resources to resolve issues.
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio Monthly Recurring Revenue growth.
  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for valued customers.
  • Lead internal and external initiatives as a project manager.
  • Act as a sales liaison, building internal relationships to drive growth expansion within accounts, and managing partner relationships to support premium customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer success that drives positive customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Develop and execute an Adoption strategy through consistent business reviews.

This role requires a subject matter expert who can serve as an all-around resource for servicing client needs, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
