Customer Support Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer support leader to manage a team of dedicated and knowledgeable Support Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems, cloud technologies, security, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10-12 Customer Support Engineers
  • Oversee support quality and SLA adherence, including coaching and optimizations
  • Develop individualized career development plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality customer service

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work effectively with minimal guidance, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong track record of success in customer support leadership roles.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical background, including experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
