Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management group, you will be responsible for managing and delivering infrastructure projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal audit and compliance, to ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture diagrams to support business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure operations.
  • Analyze and optimize infrastructure performance to improve end-user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software architecture, as well as network protocols and data storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ITIL certification desired.
