IT Manager - Senior Infrastructure Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, and Active Directory.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITIL v4 principles
  • Excellent knowledge of technological platforms, including Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and programming languages
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and delegation
