Senior Infrastructure Automation Specialist

As a senior DevOps engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations teams by automating and streamlining software delivery and infrastructure management processes.
You will design, implement, and maintain robust deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of applications in production environments.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with developers and IT professionals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the development lifecycle, developing scripts to automate build, software release, application deployment, and system and application management, and conducting automated system-level vulnerability security scans.
About This RoleWe are seeking a senior DevOps engineer who can apply cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes.
Essential duties include putting in place continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes and tools to enable agile teams to deliver quality software based on user feedback, maintaining infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation, and performing root cause analysis for incidents and improving systems through application or infrastructure updates.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software-related discipline from a reputable university;
- 5+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role;
- Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
- Hands-on experience in containerization and microservices including Docker, K8S, etc.
- Hands-on experience in public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
- Good understanding of server-side scripting (Unix/shell scripting) and automation technology;
- Experience working in an agile environment on consumer-facing software products;
Experience working in a start-up culture; willingness to help out where needed; and collaborative and supportive work environment.
