About the Role:
The primary goal of this position is to foster lasting relationships with clients, driving their growth and success in conjunction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating Client Relationships: Develop strong bonds with clients and their assistants, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Reviewing Account Performance: Analyze customer accounts, performance metrics, and goals to identify areas for growth and opportunities for improvement, promptly addressing any issues that arise and coordinating with support teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Onboarding Process Facilitation: Provide thorough support to new customers during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of our services. Establish clear expectations and success metrics with clients to ensure alignment.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and working proactively to ensure customer retention and minimize churn. Identify expansion opportunities and showcase the value of our services.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather customer feedback, collaborate with product and development teams, analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, and prepare regular reports on customer health and engagement metrics.
