As an Email Marketing & CRM specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven, on-brand messaging. This role involves taking full ownership of email, SMS, and push marketing channels, with a focus on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.

Your goal is to engage, convert, and retain customers by designing and continuously optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies. You will lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns, working closely with the Content Manager to ensure every message is aligned with the brand voice and aesthetic.

Collaboration with the CX team is crucial to enhance customer communications, using NPS and other feedback to improve messaging strategy. You will develop detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide the creation of high-converting email content.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate

This role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce. Strong copywriting skills, digital customer behavior knowledge, and technical CRM skills are essential. Proficiency in Klaviyo or Netcore is strongly preferred.
