Our client base has grown exponentially, and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Coordinator who can assist in various administrative activities, enabling the project manager and team members to focus on their tasks. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with colleagues from different departments.

  • Compile data, documents, and information in an organized manner as required.
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new team members, including equipment setup, access requests, and account management.
  • Set up Webex sessions for weekly meetings and update the Support Wiki every Monday morning.
  • Support project coordination, task tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor issues and ensure team investigation and resolution are tracked to closure.
  • Provide general administrative support, including maintenance of planning calendars and assistance with preparation materials.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Flexibility to work on various administrative tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organizational, monitoring, and coordination skills.
  • A focused and detail-oriented approach.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for overtime when needed.

This is a contract position for 6 months.
