Job Opportunity

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator position involves overseeing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. They will assist Project Managers to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.

This includes managing sampling, setup aspects, and liaising with other team members to deliver the project. The coordinator must have a comprehensive understanding of project recruitment methodology and coordinate with project assistants to best utilize available options for maximum results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools.
  • Managing sampling for allocated projects from setup to internal invites and custom recruitment.
  • Building a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Liaising with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom solutions.
  • Reviewing projects regularly and informing project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Providing recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensuring projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator must also have:

  • A thorough understanding of M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools.
  • The ability to address project managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant coursework in market research or healthcare (optional), 0-1 year of market research experience, and proficiency in market research tools and platforms.

Additional Information

Flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours is required.
