Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities remotely, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues alike. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to source top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Recommend ways to enhance hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment software
  • Basic understanding of healthcare credentialing and compliance
