Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished bilingual recruitment specialist to cater to Japanese clients across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates with the required language skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels to identify potential candidates who possess the necessary language skills and experience.
  2. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' proficiency in Japanese, their relevant experience, and cultural fit for our Japanese clients.
  3. Candidate Endorsements: Provide detailed endorsements highlighting candidates' qualifications and suitability for the roles.
  4. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes, and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and client communications.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manpower or consulting company.
  3. Strong English skills are mandatory; preferred: JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent Japanese fluency.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Japanese business culture and hiring practices is essential.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for sourcing and managing candidate databases.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and candidates.
  7. Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  8. Ability to work at our office and arrange a functional work-from-home setup when necessary.
