Executive Assistants are key personnel responsible for overseeing the schedules and correspondence of senior company officials. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, collecting documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a prerequisite for this role.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping skills is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently is essential.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Perform various clerical and organizational tasks.
- Handle secretarial functions such as scheduling appointments, routing mail, taking minutes of meetings, filing and records management.
- Manage files, databases and projects efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze reports, correspondences and other documentation for executives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
