
Real Estate Development and Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Development Assistant. This role will involve making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and qualifying leads through effective phone communication.
Job Details- Position: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 4 PM - 8 PM PST; Saturday 10 AM - 2 PM (if possible)
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system
- Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication
- Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships
- Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information
- Post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates
- Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system
- Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting
- Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week)
- No inbound call handling required
- All work performed through client's CRM and systems
- Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
- Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
- Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready)
- Professional and pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently and follow processes
