Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to real estate teams, including email management, calendar organization, and CRM system maintenance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to run reports, handle transaction duties, and maintain accurate records.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent communication and personalized follow-ups.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM and track birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Email Marketing: Segment client data for targeted email marketing and work closely with team members to support administrative needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent time management skills. Proficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Work Style: Self-managed and comfortable working in a remote environment.
