Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing day-to-day tasks, scheduling property viewings, preparing documents, conducting market research and maintaining accurate records.

Main duties include creating listing and transaction documents, supporting email marketing efforts, conducting in-depth analysis on real estate trends, and keeping track of databases and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage listings on multiple real estate platforms.
  • Maintain client databases, track lead generation and handle administrative tasks.
  • Support social media management, content creation and online marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance internal processes using collaboration tools and software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian real estate industry, excellent customer service skills and experience in cold calling, lead generation and sales.

Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems and project management software.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills for effective handling of administrative tasks.
