HR Business Partner - Employee Experience

The role of HR Business Partner - Employee Experience is a strategic position that focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through innovative programs.

This critical role fosters a positive work culture and ensures employees feel valued and connected. It involves developing and managing initiatives to drive engagement, motivation, and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a calendar of events, activities, and celebrations to promote team-building, socialization, and recognition.

  • Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions to improve employee experience.

  • Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to develop strategies for improving retention and reducing turnover.

  • Manage logistics and resources for all engagement initiatives, ensuring effective budgeting and utilization of organizational assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or advisory capacity, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and other design tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
