  • Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong sales track record and customer support experience is highly valued.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
