Job Summary

The Enterprise Growth Specialist will play a key role in expanding our Engineering Works, Project Management, and Property Management Product Mix. This includes creating project costings, preparing rates and proposals for submission to existing and potential clients, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with the Sales Manager on potential projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with clients at all levels, and possess a strong understanding of the Construction industry or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed project costings to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Prepare comprehensive rates and proposals for submission to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to close deals and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and expansion in the market.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience in the Construction industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
