Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned HR Manager to deliver strategic human resources leadership across multiple facets, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the US, and possess strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Work closely with department leaders to improve work relationships and build morale.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to inform key business objectives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification is a plus.
