IT Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT deployment specialist to join our team. As an IT deployment specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites, guaranteeing seamless functionality and smooth operation.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features, to provide a tailored experience.
  • Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-datedness.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools, providing prompt assistance and resolving issues effectively.
  • Provide product usage and sales information, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately, prioritizing timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in technology.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours, accommodating diverse needs and demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate decision-making and precise execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, operating independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration and clear expression.
