STRATEGIC (30% of time)
  • Recruitment Strategy: Coordinate with department heads to develop job postings, review applicant qualifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

TACTICAL (40% of time)
  • Recruitment Operations: Manage job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate trade tests for workers.
  • Employee Relations: Address staff and workers' grievances, issue notices for disciplinary action, and handle contract signings for newly hired staff.

OPERATIONAL (30% of time)
  • Documentation and Filing: Ensure all 201 files are updated for newly hired staff and workers.
  • AWOL and Termination Reporting: Report absentees, resigned, and terminated workers using the DOLE system.
  • Employee Support: Assist in company-related activities and prepare necessary reports and memos as needed.
