Job Description

As a Sales Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing actionable feedback to agents through detailed QA evaluation forms.
  • Partnering with SQOs and QA Leads to deliver feedback on customer interactions, highlighting areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Acting as a resource and advisor to accounts and teams, ensuring agents adhere to policies and procedures when meeting customer needs.
  • Compiling monitoring reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
