Sales Performance Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corp.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in e-commerce or related fields and a diploma in a relevant field. They will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance.
Responsibilities:- Analyze Sales Data: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions for improving sales and customer experience.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize sales.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Monitor and Report Sales Performance: Regularly monitor and report sales performance to senior management, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions.
