Human Resources Director

Eggs, Beans & Grains Inc. is a leading food processing company seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR operations.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Manage recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring and effective integration of new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring fairness and equity in all practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support.
The disciplinary process typically involves a series of steps, such as verbal warnings, written warnings, and, if necessary, termination. Performance Management involves setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting formal evaluations of employee performance. Records and Reports Management entails systematically organizing, storing, and maintaining employee-related documents, such as personnel files, performance reviews, and compliance records. Supervisory Performance Areas include managing team dynamics, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that team members meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who possesses the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employment law, diversity and inclusion, and workplace wellness.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and lead cross-functional teams.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and strategically.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
