Overview

Operations Team Lead

This role oversees the day-to-day operations, builds a strong team, and shapes team members' behaviors to achieve desired results. The Operations Team Lead plays a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with staff development and training.
  • Develops and implements processes/systems to monitor and record employee performance.
  • Provides coaching and feedback, prepares necessary reports, and conducts meetings to keep the team updated on current trends.
  • Completes daily reports for review by the Manager.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
  • Participates in client-related activities, including client calibration sessions.
  • Maintains records to evaluate performance and monitor progress of team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Lead for at least 2 years in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate customer interactions, following company and client service strategies and policies.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
