Job Overview

The Management Trainee is a key role in our organization, responsible for the implementation and assurance of compliance on Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs for assigned areas.

  • We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage day-to-day operations to drive Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services forward, ensuring customers' needs are attended to promptly.
  • This position requires leadership skills and customer service expertise to build sales initiatives through client business relations and customer engagement.
  • The Management Trainee will assess opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met, if not exceeded.
  • A key responsibility is workforce management, including manpower planning, hiring, and orientation/certification of new members in the team, managing of schedules and shifts.
  • This role also involves implementing other store administrative activities necessary to carry out business operations, such as office organization, securing of government permits, and Store Reports Preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a food or business-related course is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate well, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the store operations.
  • The successful candidate should be able to perform under pressure or opposition.
  • A willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours is required.
