The Management Trainee is a key role in our organization, responsible for the implementation and assurance of compliance on Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs for assigned areas.
- We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage day-to-day operations to drive Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services forward, ensuring customers' needs are attended to promptly.
- This position requires leadership skills and customer service expertise to build sales initiatives through client business relations and customer engagement.
- The Management Trainee will assess opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met, if not exceeded.
- A key responsibility is workforce management, including manpower planning, hiring, and orientation/certification of new members in the team, managing of schedules and shifts.
- This role also involves implementing other store administrative activities necessary to carry out business operations, such as office organization, securing of government permits, and Store Reports Preparation.
- Bachelor's Degree in a food or business-related course is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills and customer service abilities are essential.
- Candidates must be able to communicate well, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the store operations.
- The successful candidate should be able to perform under pressure or opposition.
- A willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours is required.
