Job Title: IT Business Operations and Strategy Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and execution of IT business operations and strategy across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of IT business operations strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
