Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Team Lead to oversee the delivery team and drive production levels, service level agreements, quality, and process improvement. This critical role utilizes insurance operations and reporting expertise along with LEAN principles to deliver quality service with a focus on team engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead team in delivery of business operations services including workflow oversight, service delivery, process improvement & innovation, user acceptance testing, change readiness, team development & engagement, ensuring established service level agreements are met by the team.
  • Identify and lead process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and quality tracking.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, escalate personnel issues on a timely basis, and track capacity and resources to plan for future projects.

  • Microsoft Office – Proficient
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced
  • PowerBI – Proficient with views & customization
  • Data & Analysis – Advanced
  • Insurance/Financial Knowledge – Basic
  • User Based Technology – Capabilities knowledge: Alteryx, PBI, Smartsheet etc.
