
Talent Attraction Officer

We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Attraction Officer to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing and attracting Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and outstanding graduates of BS Accountancy (BSA) programs to join our firm. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying top-tier candidates and building relationships with schools and professional networks.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute specialized talent attraction strategies targeting CPAs and BSA graduates.
- Actively source candidates through professional networks, job boards, university partnerships, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with top accounting schools to create a steady pipeline of high-potential BSA graduates.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Promote the company's brand as a top employer in the accounting sector through various talent marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and university programs related to accountancy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent attraction or recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with educational institutions and professional organizations.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of the CPA industry and accountancy career paths is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
