
Property Management Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team, supporting the Property Management department with administrative tasks and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in property management support or a similar role, with proficiency in PropertyMe software and strong organisational skills. They will also possess excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, renters, landlords, and tradespeople.
Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with clients, escalating issues as required, and managing routine inspections for property managers. The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach and willingness to provide backup support.
Key skills and qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in property management support, real estate administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency with PropertyMe (or comparable property management software) and standard office tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, renters, landlords, and tradespeople
